The Smart Solution for mRNA Production:
Don’t let your peristaltic pump tubing hold you back.
Ideal for TFF and Chromatography:
- Reduces risk of premature tube failure and product loss
- Enables flow stability at higher operating pressures for tangential flow filtration (TFF) and chromatography steps
- Helps improve mRNA drug manufacturing productivity
GORE STA-PURE Pump Tubing, Series PCS, is brought to you by the company that developed GORE® Protein Capture Devices with Protein A and GORE® STA-PURE® Flexible Freeze Containers — solutions built on Gore’s deep materials science expertise that help manufacturers maximize productivity and reduce risk in processing.
GORE STA-PURE Pump Tubing, Series PCS has been engineered to Gore’s highest standards to be durable by design. It supports increased mRNA productivity by enabling reliable peristaltic pump operation in mRNA bioprocessing applications. With a combination of high flex-durability and high resiliency, this tubing supports consistent flow rates at elevated operating pressures in TFF and chromatography unit operations.
Advanced Materials
Unlike conventional tubing, Series PCS is manufactured with a patented composite of platinum-cured silicone, reinforced with expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE).
Long Life
Series PCS tubing was tested for longevity in peristaltic pumps over a wide range of discharge pressures. High strength and resiliency provide security against rupture and flow decay under challenging conditions, up to 100 psig.*
